Naceur is an internationally recognized Energy expert with more than 30 years of technical experience in renewable energy, energy efficiency, rural and domestic, sustainable energy and environment sectors. Throughout his career, he acquired a detailed knowledge of developmental policies, strategies and planning modalities in all energy-related fields with a specific focus on providing efficient and sustainable solutions to the energy supply, among which through the design of adequate regulatory frameworks, with the objective of achieving a greater economic development and reducing poverty in rural and urban areas. With an extensive geographical experience in the Arab World and the Middle-East, and Africa as part of missions with the European Commission, World Bank, African Development Bank and several development partners and international and bilateral organizations: UNDP, UNIDO, GTZ, KfW, AFD, BTC, USAID, etc., Mr Hammami will be central in understanding and addressing the project’s needs in terms of energy sustainability and results monitoring, and providing comprehensive and regionally-adequate solutions. Mr Hammami is fluent in Arabic, English and French.
