Energy Expert

Samer is an internationally recognized energy expert with 26 years of management experience around the world. He worked on developing several wind energy projects in Jordan. He is also working on energy efficiency and renewable energy utility scale PV projects development with large consumers and industrial entities. He collaborated with several private and international donor agencies like USAID, GIZ, EU on conducting energy audits for buildings, proposing energy conservation methods and implementing energy retrofit projects. This includes coordination between contractors, consultants and different stakeholders, developing site specific energy efficiency programs, maintaining strong professional networks with project team to ensure that scope, time and cost is achieve with high quality deliverables. And he conducted several in depth studies on energy and water sectors and the green economy. Mr Zawaydeh is fluent in Arabic and English
